Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of ReplyPilot. By using the service, you agree to them.

The service

ReplyPilot analyzes business inquiries and produces suggested sales summaries and reply drafts. AI output may be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing every output and for all messages, quotations, commitments, and decisions you make. ReplyPilot does not send email automatically.

Acceptable use

You must have the right to submit the information you provide. Do not use ReplyPilot for unlawful activity, spam, deception, infringement, malware, regulated professional advice, or processing highly sensitive personal data.

Plans and billing

The Free plan includes 10 analyses per month. ReplyPilot Pro is USD 19 per month and includes up to 150 analyses per month. Creem is the merchant of record and processes payments, taxes, invoices, and subscription management. Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. You can cancel through the billing portal, and access continues through the paid billing period unless otherwise required.

Refunds

If the service did not work as described, contact us within 14 days of the charge with your account email and order details. Refund eligibility is assessed reasonably and processed through Creem. This does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

Availability and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features. To the extent permitted by law, ReplyPilot is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, lost opportunities, or decisions made from AI output.
