This policy explains how ReplyPilot handles information when you use our AI inquiry analysis service.

Information we process

We process account details supplied through sign-in, buyer inquiry text you submit, generated analyses and replies, usage records, and limited technical information needed to operate and secure the service. Please remove unnecessary personal or confidential information before submitting an inquiry.

How we use information

We use this information to provide and improve ReplyPilot, enforce plan limits, save your analysis history, support your account, prevent misuse, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers

Inquiry text is sent to Moonshot AI for model processing. Account and application data may be processed by our hosting and identity providers. Creem acts as merchant of record for payments and handles checkout, tax, receipts, and subscription billing under its own privacy terms.

Retention and security

Signed-in users’ analyses are retained so they can access history. We keep operational records only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above. We use access controls and encrypted network connections, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may avoid saving analysis history by using the guest experience. You may request access to or deletion of your account data by contacting us. Payment records may need to be retained by Creem or us for tax, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.
